Role SummaryAs an Automotive Sales Manager (onsite, full-time) in Colorado Springs, you will direct dealership sales operations through hands-on leadership and oversight of the sales team. As Sales Manager, you’ll spend the morning balancing desk management with visible floor support—clearing deal bottlenecks, addressing customer escalations, and reinforcing consistent follow-up. Midday is typically reserved for inventory and program checks: validating the current mix, monitoring turn, confirming factory-program compliance, and fine-tuning merchandising and promotions based on market signals. Throughout the afternoon, you’ll stay in close communication with Sales Consultants, F&I, service, and accounting to keep deliveries smooth, and protect budget targets Before close, you’ll document action items, update reporting, and set up the next day’s coaching and manager-meeting agenda.
