Chris Auffenberg Hyundai of Cape Girardeau is seeking a dedicated and experienced Automotive Finance Manager to join our team in Cape Girardeau, MO. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the finance and insurance process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our customers while maximizing profitability for the dealership. BE APART OF THE FASTING GROWING NEW CAR DEALERSHIP IN THE AREA!!

• Oversee and manage the finance and insurance operations, including loan and lease approvals, customer credit applications, and sale of finance products.
• Work closely with customers to explain financing options and assist them through the entire financial process.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with lending institutions to secure competitive loan packages.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements related to automotive financing.
• Collaborate with sales team members to enhance the customer experience and support overall dealership goals.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of finance industry trends and dealership products.

• Proven experience as an Automotive Finance Manager or in a similar finance role within the automotive industry.
• Strong understanding of vehicle financing, leasing, and insurance processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Familiarity with finance software and dealership management systems is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass background checks.
