Community Manager

This role at their Four Corners, FL community carries the full weight of on-site leadership. You'll own daily operations, occupancy, financial performance, resident experience, and vendor coordination. Hillpointe expects its Community Managers to think like operators, not administrators. What the Day-to-Day Actually Looks Like Your mornings might start with a property walk, checking that amenities are in like-new condition and flagging anything that needs attention before residents head out for the day. From there, you're likely shifting between reviewing accounts payable, checking leasing traffic, and talking through a maintenance request with the facilities team. You're the connective tissue between what residents experience and what the regional manager sees on a report. You'll work closely with your Regional Manager to hit and hold budgeted occupancy and rent levels, which means staying on top of lease activity, monitoring concessions, and identifying additional revenue opportunities when they appear. The expectation is availability outside standard hours except during approved time off, which is worth knowing before you apply. Who Fits Well Here Property management experience, particularly in a lease-up or active Class A or B community Comfort working in Entrata or comparable property management software Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to work through legal documents and explain lease terms clearly to residents Basic financial literacy: calculating percentages, reading budget reports, managing fiscal records Valid driver\'s license (required for golf cart use on property and routine local travel) High school diploma or equivalent; some property management background preferred Physical ability to access all areas of the property and handle up to 20 pounds independently The candidates who tend to thrive in roles like this one aren\'t just organized.
