- Provide countywide oversight and guidance to Adult Foster Care and/or CLS programs.
- Mentor Program Managers and frontline teams to bring Person-Centered Planning from philosophy into practice.
- Build a culture of collaboration, compassion, and continuous learning.
- Develop solutions and processes that make work easier, more efficient, and more impactful.
- Apply Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) to strengthen services and elevate the people we support.
- Partner with the leadership team to imagine-and create-a brighter, more inclusive future.
- You won't just supervise programs, you will elevate them.

- High School Diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent
- Valid Michigan Driver's License with a good driving record
- Reliable transportation
- At least 1 year of related experience preferred
- Successful completion of all background and health-related clearances
