ALS Paramedic MS Transport

As an ALS Paramedic – MS Transport with MedStar Health, you deliver high-quality, patient-first pre-hospital care and interfacility transport across the Maryland–Washington, D.C. region. You perform advanced life support, including comprehensive assessment, airway management, IV/IO access, medication administration, cardiac monitoring, and trauma care in both emergency and non-emergent settings. You ensure safe ambulance transport, accurate EMR documentation, and clear communication with dispatch, EMS partners, and receiving hospitals. In MedStar’s collaborative, mission-driven environment, you’ll engage in continuous training, follow strict safety and infection control standards, and contribute to clinical excellence and community-focused care.
