Adrian, MI | Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) | Flexible Hours

What You'll Do

Evaluate and treat residents in a skilled nursing facility
Develop individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, balance, strength, and overall function
Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, families, and therapy team members
Complete timely electronic documentation
Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) as appropriate
Deliver compassionate, evidence-based patient care

Qualifications

Current Michigan Physical Therapist license (or license eligible)
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Strong communication and clinical skills
Experience in skilled nursing, post-acute rehabilitation, long-term care, or geriatrics is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply
