Job Description Please make sure you read the following details carefully before making any applications. Scientemp Corp. is seeking a dependable, quality-driven Refrigeration Equipment Assembler / Technician to help build commercial and industrial freezer equipment. This hands-on position includes mechanical assembly, electrical wiring, installation of refrigeration components, and brazing, with in house training available. Assemble freezer cabinets and refrigeration systems from drawings and written work instructions. Install compressors, condensers, evaporators, fans, controls, doors, hardware, and other components. Perform basic electrical assembly, including mounting components, routing wires, and making connections according to drawings. Cut, fit, and braze copper refrigeration tubing; training will be provided as needed. Measure, drill, fasten, and fit components using common hand and power tools. Inspect completed work for proper fit, operation, and quality. Maintain a clean and safe work area and assist with other shop activities as needed.
