What You’ll Do:

• Visit retired Sisters regularly in their residences and care facilities.
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
• Encourage eating and drinking and assist with meals when appropriate.
• Assist with turning, positioning, transfers, and mobility.
• Monitor physical and mental well-being and report concerns to the healthcare team.
• Provide companionship and encourage participation in activities.
• Maintain a safe, healthy environment in Sisters' apartments and rooms.
• Communicate visit schedules and updates to the healthcare team.
• Accompany Sisters to appointments and assist with shopping as needed.
• Attend staff meetings, in-services, and required meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You Bring:

• At least two years of experience working with older adults.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Compassionate, respectful, and service-oriented approach to care.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of Maine.
• Other healthcare experience may be considered.
