What You'll Do· Be the first voice clients hear and the first face they see — set the tone for the entire experience
· Answer high-volume inbound calls with warmth and professionalism
· Greet walk-in clients with the hospitality that built our reputation
· Support our licensed team with client requests and documentation
· Learn our systems, products, and what makes CMRInsurance different
· Assist with outbound client outreach and follow-up
