Mortgage Loan Coordinator

to join our team. The Loan Coordinator is responsible for the accurate preparation, review, and coordination of loan documents and disclosures to ensure the timely closing of residential and consumer loan transactions. This role serves as a key liaison between mortgage bankers, loan processors, clients, and third-party partners, providing exceptional service while maintaining clear communication throughout the loan process. The Loan Coordinator ensures compliance with applicable regulations, supports efficient workflow management, and helps facilitate a smooth and positive customer experience from application through closing. What You'll Do: A detailed list of job duties includes (but is not limited to): Evaluate all loan information that has been input into the LOS software for the purpose of creating initial disclosures. Obtain and organize all required information needed to complete the initial disclosures: credit report, SDAT, estimated HUD’1’s etc. Create and ensure delivery and accuracy of initial disclosures for all loans within required timeframe. Assist Processors with all aspects of mortgage loan Processing, as needed. To include, obtaining documentation, ordering appraisals, obtaining flood certs, tax transcripts, insurance policies, etc. and cancelling/denying of dead files. Complete all required on-line compliance training by designated due date. Complete other administrative duties for the branch as requested. Demonstrates compliance awareness by completing all required regulatory and compliance training (e.g., BSA, CRA, ECOA) on or before deadlines, and actively supporting all policies, procedures, and practices that promote risk management, safety, and regulatory adherence. Demonstrating values and principles Self-evaluation in a timely manner All other duties as assigned Cooperates with, participates in, and supports the adherence to all internal policies, procedures, and practices in support of risk management and overall safety and soundness and the Bank's compliance with all regulatory requirements, e.g., Community Reinvestment Act (CRA), Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Equal Credit Opportunity Act, SAFE Act, etc.; ensures that the office and all personnel adhere to the same. Participates in required training sessions, including training for compliance with BSA/AML policies and procedures. Location:

Clinton Branch - 8843 Woodyard Road #123, Clinton, MD 20735 Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: Full-time. Non-exempt. Days of Work: Monday-Friday. Required Education and Experience: High School Diploma or GED required 1yr of office administration in mortgage lending environment. Compensation: The pay range for this position is $22.50 to $32.90 hourly. Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted hiring range based on factors such as relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, licensure requirements and/or skill level, and will be finalized at the time of offer.
