Housing Navigator & Life Coach for TAY
Upward Bound House
A nonprofit organization in California is seeking a Case Manager & Housing Navigator to support Transition Age Youth (TAY) in securing permanent housing. This role involves providing life coaching, developing service plans, and assisting youth in overcoming barriers. Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree in social work or a related field, experience with at-risk youth, and strong communication skills.
