ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As a Sales Account Representative for Chuck Carnahan Insurance Agency Inc., you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. This is a sales position in which the commission is uncapped with opportunity to advance

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Call, text, develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to help meet those needs.
• Cold calling to establish new relationships
• Cross sell customers and pivot to uncover customer needs
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding product availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.
• Positive attitude with a winning mindset

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
• Experience in managing customer relationships preferred.
• Competitive Work Ethic and Mindset
• Communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
• Comfortable with cold calling prospective customers
• Able to anticipate customer needs.
• Able to effectively relate to customers.
• Property & Casualty license.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
