Commercial Construction Project ManagerAn award-winning Helena area commercial general contractor is looking to add a Project Manager to their team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being involved in the full life cycle of a project, working closely with field leadership, clients, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams to keep projects moving from preconstruction through closeout. The right person will be organized, decisive, relationship-driven, and comfortable taking ownership of schedule, cost, communication, and overall project execution.What You'll Be Responsible ForManaging commercial construction projects from preconstruction through turnoverDeveloping and maintaining project budgets, forecasts, and cost reportsManaging subcontractor buyout, contracts, change orders, and pay applicationsCoordinating closely with Superintendents to maintain schedules and field productivityLeading owner, architect, and subcontractor meetingsManaging RFIs, submittals, procurement, and project documentationMonitoring project risk and resolving issues before they impact cost or scheduleMaintaining strong relationships with owners, design teams, subcontractors, and vendorsSupporting project closeout, punch list completion, and final turnoverProviding leadership and mentorship to Project Engineers and Assistant Project ManagersWhat We're Looking ForCommercial construction Project Management experienceExperience with a commercial general contractorStrong knowledge of scheduling, estimating, cost control, buyout, and subcontractor managementAbility to manage multiple priorities and make sound project decisionsStrong communication, negotiation, and client-facing skillsExperience managing ground-up and/or large-scale commercial projectsDegree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferredWhy This Opportunity?This is a role where the Project Manager will have real ownership of their work and a voice in how projects are executed.
