Tableau Developer

Summary: Location: Mason, Ohio Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into effective data visualizations.
- Support Engineering Excellence initiatives through analytics and performance reporting.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across dashboards and reports.
- Develop, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries for data extraction and transformation.
- Implement best practices for dashboard design, usability, scalability, and performance.
- Create and manage data models, extracts, and performance optimization strategies.
- Provide actionable insights through data analysis and visualization.
- Partner with Engineering, PMO, and Business teams to deliver reporting solutions.
- Automate recurring reports and manage scheduled reporting cycles.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Tableau development and data visualization.
- Strong expertise in Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, and Tableau Prep.
- Advanced SQL development and data manipulation skills.
- Experience building enterprise-scale dashboards and analytics solutions.
- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Prior experience within the Healthcare domain.
- Experience with Power BI, Python, or R.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience developing engineering metrics, KPI dashboards, and performance reports.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
