Press Tab to Move to Skip to Content Link Select how often (in days) to receive an alert: The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to own and execute "start to finish" variable tasks such as planograms, as well as provide support for other tasks including merchandise and fixture assembly, and the maintenance of all signage. Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%) As a FAST Team Member, it is essential that you be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented. You must be able to fulfill the following requirements: Maintain regular and predictable attendance. Work scheduled shifts and have the ability to work varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as dictated by business needs. Communicate proactively and regularly with the District FAST Supervisor on work completion, issues, and offer solutions to overcome them. Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner. Perform store-specific measurements. Perform accurate cycle counts. Complete Tractor Way top cap process. Hang store signage. Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs. Perform detailed recovery and review planogram integrity. Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet the Customer, Uncover Needs & Wants, Recommend Product Solutions, Ask to Add Value & Appreciate the Customer. Ensure the customer has a Legendary shopping experience that differentiates from the competition. Provide peak coverage as needed (e.g., Day After Thanksgiving). Perform other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications Experience: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required. Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred. Must be 18 years or older and possess a valid driver’s license. Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required. All candidates must be able to read, write, and count accurately. Preferred knowledge, skills, or abilities Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is strongly preferred. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Basic computer skills. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to resolve issues ethically with minimal conflict. Self-directed with the ability to complete assignments independently. Working Conditions Generally working indoors with moderate noise levels. Shifts vary but are generally no less than 4 hours and may exceed 8 hours. Travel between store locations using personal vehicle is required, often for extended periods. Adhere to safety guidelines to promote a safe work environment. Work on hard surfaces (concrete, asphalt) with adequate lighting and temperature. Physical Requirements Ability to travel as needed. Push and pull merchandise up to 2,000 pounds with proper equipment. Occasionally lift or reach overhead. Stand, kneel, twist, crouch, squat, bend, stoop, and climb ladders frequently. Access all store areas safely. Operate store equipment including computers and cash registers. Read, write, and count accurately for documentation. Communicate effectively with team members and customers. Handle contact with birds/poultry. Complete all required training successfully. Operate equipment such as dollies, handtrucks, forklifts, balers, computers, and cash registers (forklift and baler if under 18 are not required). Lifting up to 50 pounds. Drive a vehicle. Stand, walk, reach overhead, and transfer merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds. Move throughout the store quickly and safely during shifts.
