Key Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in daily high-volume, fast-paced restaurant operations
• Provide immediate and respectful responses to guest needs
• Train new hires, set the tone for shifts, and act as a positive role model
• Open and close the restaurant, lead shifts, and handle key holder responsibilities
• Count drawers and finalize daily operations accurately
• Maintain excellent written and verbal communication
• Ensure team adherence to dress code, break/lunch policies, and operational standards
• Lead daily cleanliness checks, safety protocols, and food safety standards
• Manage kitchen production during key meal transitions with hospitality and efficiency
• Audit product quality, recipe accuracy, and inventory management
• Support and engage in team member training and development

Qualifications and Requirements

• Friendly smile and enthusiastic communication style
• Ability to create emotional connections with guests and team members
• Reliable transportation and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong people skills with a passion for serving and developing others
• Commitment to superior customer service and team accountability
• Experience in leadership roles preferred but not required

• ServSafe Certification (or willingness to obtain)

Work Schedule and Environment

• Full-time position with 8-hour shifts
• Availability for day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts
• On-site work at a welcoming Chick-fil-A restaurant
