bond-eye swimwear is unsized + designed to fit a size XS through to L, with all shapes + sizes in between. Due to the unique stretch of our fabric, most of The Authentic Crinkle™ bikini tops + one-piece swimsuits can fit an A-DD/E cup. Our ultra-flexible fabric means most of our The Authentic Crinkle™bikini bottoms can be worn either low, mid or high rise. We’re proud of the fact that our swim collections are unsized for a reason—the reduction of excess fabric from offering multiple sizing.

By creating unsized swimwear, we’re also cutting down on excessive stock + reusing fabric off-cuts, with 80% of our range shaped from regenerated nylon derived from pre-consumer raw materials that would ordinarily go to waste. This recycled yarn is manufactured exclusively by a premium Italian mill using leading environmental processes which include reduced carbon dioxide emissions, 100% renewable energy + less water consumption. About the Role

We are seeking an innovative and results-driven Store Manager for our boutique powered by the Leap Platform, located on Abbot Kinney, opening June 2026 through September 2026 . This leader will balance strategic business ownership with hands-on, client-focused leadership—driving sales performance while cultivating a warm, elevated in-store experience.

You will lead with clarity, empathy, and accountability, recruiting and developing a high-performing team through thoughtful hiring, coaching, and performance management. By setting clear expectations and leading by example on the sales floor, you will foster a collaborative, service-driven culture rooted in trust, professionalism, and brand pride.

As a local market expert, you will leverage community partnerships, events, and networking opportunities to drive traffic, deepen client relationships, and expand brand awareness. You will also partner with neighboring stores and execute impactful in-store activations that grow the customer base and strengthen community ties.

Operational excellence is central to this role. You will ensure brand standards are upheld across visual merchandising, cleanliness, inventory management, and shipment processing with strong attention to detail and consistency. The ideal candidate thrives in an independent, fast-paced retail environment, confidently managing daily operations including opening/closing procedures, scheduling, and payroll accuracy.

This role may extend beyond your primary location, occasionally supporting other Leap-powered stores within the market. Responsibilities may include assisting with new store openings, onboarding team members, providing sales floor coverage, or leading community activations.

• Proven retail leadership experience, ideally within boutique, premium, or lifestyle brands, with a demonstrated ability to deliver elevated, personalized client experiences and cultivate long-term relationships.
• Inspirational leadership style with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop teams through consistent feedback, clear communication, and hands-on support.

• Demonstrated ability to build authentic client connections and serve as a brand ambassador with deep product knowledge and storytelling capability.
• Proactive talent strategy experience including recruiting, networking, succession planning, and building strong talent pipelines.
• Operational rigor and attention to detail across scheduling, payroll, inventory management, visual standards, and policy compliance.
• Proficiency with digital tools such as Shopify, Endear, Slack, and Google Workspace to support business operations and team communication.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional travel as needed.
• Ability to actively lead on the sales floor, including standing, walking, using ladders, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Must be 18+ years of age.

Annual Pay Range: $70,000 - $75,000 . Compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, competencies, and qualifications.

• Sales & Profitability: Meets and exceeds store sales targets, driving strong results in conversion, AOV, and UPT.
• Client Engagement: Achieves high Net Promoter Scores (NPS) and client retention through personalized outreach and relationship-building.
• Operational Compliance: Maintains inventory accuracy, visual standards, and procedural excellence.
• Team Retention & Development: Builds a loyal, engaged team through proactive coaching, recognition, and growth opportunities.
