Chief of Staff

About the Role

As Chief of Staff at Delvo, you'll sit at the center of the company, working directly with founders to drive the highest-leverage priorities. This is an ownership role, not a support function—you'll own GTM execution, build operational systems, and lead cross-functional strategy while keeping the team aligned and pushing AI adoption across every function. You'll turn ambition into outcomes and grow your scope as the company scales.

What You'll Do

• Drive the company's most important priorities forward, ensuring strategic decisions translate into real progress and founders stay focused on highest-leverage work.
• Own GTM execution and sales operations, building systems, playbooks, and automation that turn early traction into repeatable growth.
• Build the operational backbone—reporting, tooling, vendor management, and internal processes that let a small team punch above its weight.
• Push AI adoption across every function by identifying new tools, running experiments, and embedding AI into how we operate.
• Lead cross-functional strategic projects end-to-end, from new market analysis and competitive positioning to pricing and partnerships.
• Keep the team aligned by owning internal communication on key decisions and ensuring cross-functional initiatives don't stall.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years in a high-performance environment such as Tier-1 consulting, VC, a high-growth startup, or as a founder.
• Daily hands-on experience with AI tools and deep familiarity with what they make possible.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Berlin-based or willing to relocate and work on-site.
