Corporate Associate

Stonegate Workforce Group has partnered with a national law firm seeking a Corporate Associate with 3–5 years of law firm experience advising on alternative entity matters.
This opportunity offers work with investors and private and public companies on matters involving limited liability companies, limited partnerships, and statutory trusts, along with exposure to broader M&A and public company transactions.
Title: Corporate Associate

Annual salary: $260,000–$365,000, based on class year

Full-time | Hybrid 3x on-site
What you'll work on:

Entity formation, governance, reorganization, dissolution, and liquidation.
Fiduciary duties and statutory matters.
Corporate restructurings, mergers and acquisitions.
Equity issuances and financing transactions.
Required qualifications:

3–5 years of relevant law firm experience in alternative entity matters.
Delaware bar admission or willingness to sit for the Delaware bar within your first year with the group.
Excellent academic credentials and strong analytical, writing, and interpersonal skills.
A proactive, collaborative approach and readiness to take on meaningful responsibility.
