In this role, you’ll work with clients who are buying, selling, and leasing commercial properties, build a consistent pipeline, strengthen your negotiation and analytical skills, and develop long-term relationships in the commercial market.

This opportunity is a strong fit for someone with experience in sales, business development, finance, or another client-facing role who is business-minded, motivated, and ready to build expertise in commercial real estate.

First-year earning potential when goals are met: $180,000+

Part-time and full-time opportunities available. Training and mentorship provided.

$150,400 - $323,400 yearly

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their commercial real estate needs are met with precision and care.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding your client base and contributing to the company's growth.
• Conduct market research and analysis to provide clients with accurate and insightful property evaluations.
• Negotiate lease and sale agreements, advocating for clients' best interests while fostering positive outcomes.
• Collaborate with team members and mentors to refine your skills and strategies, leveraging collective expertise for success.
• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote properties and attract potential buyers or tenants.
• Stay informed about industry trends and local market conditions, positioning yourself as a knowledgeable resource for clients and colleagues alike.

• Real Estate License or in the process of getting one
• Ability to analyze market trends and property values, enhancing your negotiation strategies and client offerings.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in a competitive environment.
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with business owners, investors, and property owners.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own book of business while collaborating with team members.
• Licensed or actively working toward obtaining your real estate license to ensure compliance and credibility.
• Proficiency in using systems and tools to streamline processes and maximize client satisfaction and deal closures.
