Palo Alto Corporate Associate/Of Counsel

Join our collaborative team of corporate lawyers working with exciting biotech and tech companies, guiding and supporting them from inception, through funding, and on to the IPO process and life as public company, or sale. We are looking for corporate attorneys with five plus years of experience for an associate or of counsel position with background and interest in the dynamic world of life sciences and tech. Desired expertise includes an ability to advise companies through the start-up and venture capital phase, IPOs and equity capital markets, and public company reporting. Expect to lead EC/VC and/or capital market offerings, and manage a team of associates and paralegals that support you. The position will be based in Palo Alto with a hybrid schedule. You will gain deep and broad experience working directly with clients bringing world-changing products and technologies to market. Compensation and Benefits Salary range of $365,000 – $435,000, based on year classification. Discretionary merit bonuses may also be awarded.
