PATIENT SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE
Northland Family Care is seeking a full-time Patient Services Representative to work on-site in our Primary Care Clinic in the Northland area of Kansas Ctiy, MO.   

Responsibilities Include:

·         Perform patient check out duties including scheduling follow up appointments

·         Enter patient recall information if applicable

·         Answer phones and schedule appointments

·         Confirm appointments for next business day

·         Clerical duties as assigned

·         Scanning

·         Filing electronic documents

·         Check in duties as assigned

Qualifications:

·         High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED)

·         Minimum one year recent experience working in healthcare as a Patient Services Representative (PSR) or similar role

Skills:

·         Customer Service/Patient Experience

·         Computer Literacy

·         Ability to operate general office equipment

·         Ability to manage multi-line phone system

Abilities:

·         Ability to learn and retain information regarding procedures

·         Ability to project a pleasant and professional image

·         Ability to plan, prioritize, and complete delegated tasks

·         Ability to demonstrate compassion and caring in dealing with others

·         Work in team atmosphere
