Description American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Operating Room position requiring recent OR specialty experience and the ability to both scrub and circulate. Details Surgery unit within a hospital setting Handles ortho, bariatric, general, and plastics surgical cases Required to scrub and circulate 12-hour day shifts, 3 shifts per week Schedule varies between 6:45am-7:15pm No on-call requirements Requirements Active RN license (GA or Compact) currently in hand Current certifications: BLS and ACLS (AHA) Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in the OR specialty Additional Information Must work 2 of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day) and 1 minor holiday (Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve) Candidates must live more than 50 miles from the facility to be considered Returning staff who previously worked permanently at the facility must have a 2-year break before returning as a non-local traveler RTO must be requested at time of submission and cannot be requested after an offer is made These details are based on information provided by the facility and may include inaccuracies or be subject to updates.
