Development Analyst / Senior Development Analyst Enterprise SAP - Oahu

Position Summary Mid to senior‑level SAP Middleware Developer/Development Analyst – Enterprise SAP. Lead design, implementation, and long‑term support of end‑to‑end integration flows using SAP middleware. Build secure REST/SOAP APIs, manage automated enterprise job scheduling, and oversee secure file transfers across our landscape. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with development, infrastructure, desktop, and vendor teams to analyze work processes and design SAP and SAP‑related information systems, including new development, modification, or integration of existing systems. Program, test, troubleshoot, document, and implement SAP and SAP‑related applications to meet client/customer needs. Provide technical support and second‑level support for help line as needed. Coordinate the work of development specialists on small or medium‑sized projects or segments of large‑scale projects, providing research, testing, troubleshooting, and training support. Serve as lead contact for system support, communicate project status, and provide feedback for performance evaluations. Author requisite documentation, including rate case filings, cost‑benefit analyses, and department strategies. Remain on‑call for scheduled and unscheduled work, including outside normal business hours. Participate in emergency response activities as assigned. Qualifications Knowledge Requirements Principles of information and office technology management. Utility business and engineering principles. Unix, client‑server, and workstation/PC/Internet/Mobile technologies. Application interfacing concepts and basic reporting/dataset development. Document and execute integrated test plans and user acceptance test plans. Translate business requirements into technical design and maintain comprehensive documentation. Maintain status of tasks, defects, and support requests. Skills Requirements Design, code, test, troubleshoot, and implement programs in ABAP, Java, JavaScript, Node.js, Python, Shell scripting, Perl, PHP, SQL, PL/SQL, .Net, etc. Experience with SAP and SAP‑related products such as CRM, Billing, Finance, Device Management, Meter Reading, and SAP upgrades. Employ SDLC project management techniques. Design and develop databases within project scope. Effective communication and collaboration with customers and team members. Interpersonal and analytical skills to handle complex projects. Experience Requirements Minimum 5 years programming/support experience in a computing environment. 1‑2 years analytical experience in simple to complex systems. Senior Development Analyst – Enterprise SAP Leadership role responsible for complex SAP solutions and higher‑level project management, including mentoring staff and driving integration best practices. Role Details Professional, located in Honolulu – Oahu. Salary range $109,900 to $142,600 per year.
