Our team delivers authoritative, benefits-driven copy that enhances customer experience and sales performance. Responsibilities Translate basic product information into engaging, sales-focused copy following established guidelines. Maintain a heavy, daily workload of copy deliverables under supervision and input product information into the designated content management system. Verify all associated images align with current style guides and report inconsistencies or issues to leadership. Investigate products and trends to ensure content remains current, relevant, and compliant with directives. Required Ability to process and manage a high volume of copy tasks daily under close supervision. Keen attention to detail for transferring item information accurately into copy deliverables and content systems. Willingness to learn and adhere to established manuals, style guides, and content input procedures. Strong organizational skills, with readiness to flag issues, troubleshoot with team members, and perform other duties as assigned.
