Summary The Cosmetics Counter Manager leads and supervises a team of Beauty Advisors, providing excellent customer service and supporting sales across in-store and online channels. The role focuses on building client relationships, sharing product knowledge, and maintaining an engaging merchandise presentation. Responsibilities Create a seamless, enjoyable in-store experience and cultivate customer relationships. Drive sales with in-store and online clients using technology effectively. Participate in merchandising and operational responsibilities. Lead Beauty Advisors to deliver welcoming service and maintain strong productivity on the sales floor. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. 3-5 years of related experience. Ability to read and interpret instructional and procedural documents. Flexibility to work retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
