Business Systems Analyst Senior

This role sits at the intersection of enterprise systems, SAP architecture, and business process optimization, supporting large-scale digital transformation initiatives. You will play a key role in designing, configuring, and enhancing SAP S/4HANA and Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) solutions that support critical supply chain and operational processes. The position blends hands-on technical expertise with strategic system design, requiring close collaboration with business stakeholders, domain leads, and technical teams. You will contribute to both implementation and ongoing support of enterprise applications in an Agile environment. This is a highly impactful role supporting global-scale operations and complex logistics workflows. It also offers exposure to advanced ERP systems, cloud-scale environments, and cross-functional transformation programs.

Accountabilities:

In this role, you will lead and support the design, implementation, configuration, and enhancement of enterprise SAP systems while ensuring alignment with business requirements and operational efficiency across supply chain and financial processes.

• Implement, configure, and develop SAP S/4HANA solutions using Agile methodologies
• Design and support SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) processes, including inbound and outbound logistics flows
• Provide technical and functional support for SAP ABAP development and enhancements
• Act as ABAP lead, contributing to system architecture design, roadmaps, and solution integration strategies
• Support hyperscale SAP environments and ensure system stability, performance, and scalability
• Collaborate with domain and business leads to design solutions, including IFRS16 reporting and month-end processes
• Analyze and optimize warehouse and supply chain workflows within SAP EWM
• Provide ongoing production support, troubleshooting, and system enhancements
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration across enterprise applications
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, solution design reviews, and implementation planning activities

Requirements:

This role requires strong SAP technical and functional expertise, particularly in S/4HANA, EWM, and ABAP development, along with experience working in large-scale enterprise environments and Agile delivery models.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field with 3+ years of relevant experience
• Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation, configuration, and development
• Hands-on expertise in SAP EWM processes (inbound, outbound, warehouse operations)
• Strong ABAP development experience, including acting in a lead or senior technical capacity
• Experience supporting hyperscale or enterprise-level SAP environments
• Familiarity with IFRS16 reporting and financial month-end processes
• Strong understanding of supply chain, logistics, and warehouse management systems
• Experience working in Agile development and delivery environments
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and system design skills
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills with technical and business stakeholders
• Ability to travel domestically up to 30%
• Ability to work remotely within the United States
