Kelly Science & Clinical is seeking a Regulatory Affairs & Compliance Manager to lead domestic and international regulatory compliance for a cosmetic manufacturer in Indianapolis.

\n

This is a key role responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance while partnering across the organization to support business growth, product compliance, and international market expansion.

\n

\n

What You’ll Do

\n

\n
• Lead the Regulatory Affairs & Compliance function, including regulatory systems, documentation, deadlines, and compliance programs.
\n
• Ensure compliance with FDA cosmetic requirements and MoCRA , including facility registrations and product listings.
\n
• Manage adverse event reporting , consumer safety assessments, and regulatory risk evaluations.
\n
• Oversee domestic and international product registrations and market access requirements .
\n
• Review ingredients, formulas, labels, packaging, and product information for regulatory compliance.
\n
• Support Proposition 65, packaging, recycling, and EPR compliance.
\n
• Monitor regulatory developments and communicate changes and requirements across the organization.
\n
• Serve as the primary regulatory contact for Biorius and other external regulatory partners .
\n
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, R&D, Quality, Operations, Customer Service, and international distributors.
\n
• Provide regulatory guidance and training to internal teams and partners.

What We’re Looking For

\n

\n
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
\n
• 3+ years of experience in cosmetic regulatory affairs, compliance, quality, or a related field preferred.
\n
• Strong knowledge of FDA cosmetic regulations and MoCRA .
\n
• Experience with adverse event reporting and consumer risk assessment.
\n
• Working knowledge of Proposition 65 and ingredient restrictions.
\n
• Strong organizational, analytical, project management, and communication skills.
\n
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and regulatory deadlines.
\n
• International cosmetics regulatory experience is a plus.
\n
• Experience with Biorius or similar regulatory partners preferred.
\n
