Our client is a leading global manufacturer in the healthcare and industrial products sector, known for delivering innovative solutions that improve operational performance and customer outcomes. On their behalf, we are seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to support critical product rebranding and transition initiatives within a manufacturing environment.
This role will play a key part in aligning supply chain planning, production scheduling, and inventory management activities with large-scale product and packaging changes. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, experience with production planning, and the ability to collaborate across multiple functions to ensure seamless transitions while minimizing waste and supply disruptions.

Job Description
As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will support the successful execution of product rebranding and transition activities by managing supply planning, inventory strategies, production schedules, and material requirements. This position requires close collaboration with manufacturing, procurement, operations, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure business continuity throughout product lifecycle changes.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute Bill of Material (BOM) updates to support product and packaging changes across multiple product lines.
• Develop and implement Phase-In/Phase-Out (PIPO) plans, ensuring smooth inventory transitions and uninterrupted product availability.
• Monitor, track, and drive initiatives to reduce scrap and minimize waste during product transitions.
• Support production scheduling activities for assigned product lines, including packaging, semi-finished goods, and finished goods.
• Create procurement plans for raw materials and manage supplier purchase orders to ensure material availability during changeovers.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain inventory targets while balancing business demands and transition timelines.
• Conduct planning analyses and provide data-driven recommendations to support supply chain decision-making.
• Prepare and communicate key performance metrics related to inventory, service levels, capacity, and scrap reduction efforts.
• Identify opportunities to improve supply chain planning and scheduling processes, driving operational efficiency and responsiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage risks, resolve supply issues, and support successful project execution.

Qualifications
Required

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with responsibilities in supply chain planning, production scheduling, procurement, or inventory management.
• Experience managing BOM updates and Phase-In/Phase-Out (PIPO) activities, preferably related to product or packaging changes.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Experience working with ERP/MRP systems such as SAP, Oracle, IMES, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of inventory management principles and supply planning processes.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong project management and coordination skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Preferred

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• APICS CPIM (Certified in Production and Inventory Management) or CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional) certification.
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification and/or Lean Manufacturing experience.
• Advanced experience supporting large-scale product transitions, rebranding initiatives, or SKU rationalization projects.
• Experience implementing process improvements that reduce waste and improve supply chain efficiency.
• Demonstrated success in inventory optimization and scrap reduction initiatives.
