Customer Service Representative / Warehouse Associate

Job Description Job Description S&W Healthcare Corporation is looking for a dynamic individual to join our team and work in a hybrid role as customer service representative and warehouse associate of a local, family-owned business.

The Customer Service Representative / Warehouse position will be responsible for processing customer orders, providing product & service information when needed, and resolving any possible issues. Additionally, the position will provide warehouse support to include receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of products.

Customer Service Responsibilities:
Manage customer orders, inquiries, and possible complaints.
Provide information about the products and services.
Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns.
Document and update customer records, within Salesforce, based on interactions.
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of evolving products and services.

Warehouse Associate Responsibilities:
Participation in warehouse operations to include accurately receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of products.
Understanding of the organization’s warehouse layout and relevant policies & procedures
Storing, stacking, or palletizing materials in accordance with prescribed storage methods
Rearranging and taking inventory of stored materials.
Examining stored materials and reporting deterioration or damage
Verify by comparing item & quantity on invoice accurately matches item & quantity packed for shipping.
Maintain cleanliness of the warehouse and breakroom including general maintenance & upkeep.
Additional responsibilities and tasks as defined by supervising manager.
