We are the creators of the Living Financial Plan - a dynamic, adaptive planning approach built on our Fiscal House framework. Rather than static snapshots, our plans are living documents that evolve with our clients' lives. Our philosophy integrates income planning, advanced tax mitigation, portfolio construction, estate strategy, healthcare planning, and risk management into one comprehensive, cohesive structure - designed to maximize wealth while strategically minimizing taxes over a client's lifetime. About the role We are hiring two Financial Planners to support our growing national practice. These are non-client-facing roles designed for CFP professionals who love the craft of financial planning - building, analyzing, and maintaining comprehensive plans without the pressure of sales or client relationship management. Each planner will be embedded across both our sales and servicing teams, serving as an interchangeable planning resource. You may be building a new plan from scratch for a prospective client one day and updating an existing plan to reflect a new money event the next. This cross-functional model ensures flexibility, continuity, and a high standard of planning quality across the firm. A critical part of this role is deeply learning, understanding, and embracing the Walser Wealth way of doing things. You will be trained on our Fiscal House framework and Living Financial Plan methodology, and all plans you produce must be congruent with our investment philosophy and planning approach. Alignment with our philosophy is not optional - it is the foundation of every plan we build. What you will do Supporting the sales team Partner with advisors on the front-end sales team to gather client data and develop comprehensive financial plans from the ground up using eMoney. Build draft plans that support the advisor in closing prospective clients. Build final Living Financial Plans that integrate AUM investment strategies, annuity products, life insurance, and tax planning - all aligned to our Fiscal House framework. Produce plan presentations and supporting materials that advisors use directly in prospect and client meetings. Maintain plan templates and workflows to support efficient, scalable plan production. Supporting the servicing team Keep existing client Living Financial Plans accurate and current in eMoney, reflecting life changes, updated goals, and new financial data. Process new money events by incorporating updated assets and information into existing plans. Create new plans for existing clients as triggered by the servicing team. Flag planning gaps or discrepancies and coordinate with the servicing team for timely resolution. Additional Duties Occasional travel required - industry conferences, professional trainings, and mandatory team-building trips. Attend client-facing events when needed. Stay current on planning software updates, product changes, and regulatory developments that may affect plan recommendations. Continuously deepen your understanding of the Walser Wealth investment philosophy and planning methodology to ensure every plan reflects our standards. Required qualifications Demonstrated hands‑on experience with eMoney or similar platform for both plan creation and ongoing plan maintenance including building out client-facing reports. Proven ability to construct comprehensive income and tax plans integrating AUM investment management, annuity products, and life insurance solutions. Proficient in tax planning strategies including income, retirement, and estate tax considerations. Genuine alignment with and fully adopting Walser Wealth's investment philosophy, Fiscal House framework, and Living Financial Plan approach. Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to accuracy and detail. Ability to manage multiple plans simultaneously and shift priorities across teams as workload demands. Self‑motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a structured, team-oriented environment. Preferred qualifications Additional professional designations such as CIMA, TCPC or equivalent. Experience in a boutique or independent wealth management firm with a planning-first culture. Compensation $75,000 - $100,000 base salary, commensurate with experience and credentials.
