Work closely with executive leadership and contribute to strategic decisions involving investments, operational improvements, and business expansion. Lead accounting operations across multiple entities while enhancing processes, controls, and reporting capabilities. Build expertise across financial reporting, treasury management, compliance, systems administration, and operational finance. Key Responsibilities For The Controller Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process, including financial statement preparation and reporting. Oversee multi-entity accounting operations, reconciliations, treasury activities, and lender reporting. Administer and optimize accounting systems, including Sage Intacct, APX, Ramp, and related integrations. Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, regulatory requirements, and audit support activities. Provide leadership and guidance to the accounting team while supporting process improvements and operational efficiency. Qualifications For The Controller Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA a nice plus. 7+ years of progressive accounting experience with leadership responsibilities. Strong background in financial reporting, month-end close, treasury management, and multi-entity accounting. Advanced Excel skills and experience working with ERP/accounting systems.
