Position Responsibilities: * The Manufacturing Supervisor ensures equipment is in working order and that working conditions are safe at all times * You will manage the overall package and product quality, ensuring standards and specifications are maintained is performed by the Manufacturing Supervisor * The Manufacturing Supervisor is responsible for the production process, making periodic checks and adjusts equipment or work practices * As the Manufacturing Supervisor, you will be responsible for staffing, training, and developing the members of the team * Additionally, you will need to adhere within labor and OPEX budget * Other duties as assigned Qualifications Required Education and Experience: * Bachelor's Degree with 2 to 4 years of related experience and 0 to 1 years of leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma 5-7+ years of specific exp and 2 to 3 plus years of leadership experience Preferred Education and Experience: * Master's Degree Essential Information for Our Employees At the Reyes Family of Businesses, our Total Rewards Strategy prioritizes the holistic well-being of our employees, and our compensation philosophy embraces diverse factors for fair pay decisions, valuing skills, experience, and the needs of our business.
