Keyresponsibilities include: Collaborative Product Development and Leadership:Apply an end-to-end approach to design and implement effective and customer-centric credit products and solutions. Spearhead cross-functional collaboration with product development, product management, marketing, data engineering, compliance, underwriting, and other teams. Design and Develop Reporting Suites and Datamarts: Take ownership of creating and maintaining a comprehensive reportingsuite tailored to the monitoring needs of the credit business. Translatecomplex business requirements into scalable technical solutions thatbalance strategic thinking and technical expertise. Build centralized datamarts that can serve as the foundation for can beused to scale up reporting capabilities as the business grows Leverage AI for continuous process improvements and efficiency boost:Harness the power of AI technologies to maintain and improve existing development flow. And on the search for new AI powered initiatives to improve team efficiency. Business Trend Analysis and Insights Delivery:Continuously track, analyze, and interpret business trends and key performancemetrics. Conduct deep dives into data anomalies and deliver actionable insightsand recommendations to stakeholders through clear and concisecommunication. Identify and Execute Growth Opportunities Across the Customer Lifecycle:Proactively pinpoint opportunities for improvement across all customertouchpoints, extending beyond credit risk. Take full ownership from conceptdevelopment to execution, ensuring measurable impacts on business outcomes.QualificationsBS/MS in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Operations Research,Business/Finance, Economics, etc, with 4+ years of professional experience in ananalytics-related role; lending or fintech experience is strongly preferred. Proven track record of extracting actionable business insights from data usingboth quantitative and qualitative approaches. Experience in any major dialect of SQL (we use HiveQL) Strong Python skills with experience in Pandas. PySpark is a big plus. Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hive, Spark, and relatedframeworks. Experience with building complex dashboards using common BI tools such asTableau, Qliksense, etc Excellent communication skills: demonstrated ability to explain complextechnical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences Strong passion for data analysis backed by solid analytical thinking skills, with aproactive approach to identifying business opportunities and driving innovationin the lending industry. Ability to learn fast and thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
