Commission & Bonus: Base pay plus access to a 21% commission payout . You will also be eligible for a manager bonus program focused on profit sharing and success in key performance indicators. You will serve as a trusted advisor, showing clients how technology can solve problems and improve their lives. Your personal sales will not only provide you with commissions but also a positive example for your staff to follow. In this role, you will help others achieve their goals through accountability, coaching, and praise. Key Responsibilities Mentor and coach sales representatives to meet and exceed their goals. Lead by example through your own personal sales. Serve as the main client contact for your team. Drive accountability and praise your team for their successes. Track KPIs to drive account growth. Qualifications A proven track record in sales. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships. A drive for success and a desire to help others achieve their goals. Experience in account management, sales, or a similar role is a plus.
