An apartment community in Tampa is seeking a Porter/Groundskeeper to help maintain curb appeal and cleanliness. This highly visible role is key to creating a welcoming environment for residents and guests.

Responsibilities

• Keep grounds, parking lots, walkways, and common areas free of trash and debris.

• Clean and maintain amenities such as pool areas, grilling stations, and exterior of the leasing office.

• Assist with light maintenance tasks such as pressure washing, painting, and moving supplies or furniture.

• Report safety hazards, damages, or needed repairs promptly to the maintenance team.

Qualifications

• Prior groundskeeping, porter, janitorial, or similar experience preferred.

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift up to 40–50 lbs.

• Reliable, punctual, and detail‐oriented with pride in keeping the community clean.
