Tender Home Health is hiring licensed Physical Therapists across the San Francisco Bay Area for Full-Time, Part-Time, and Per Diem positions. What You’ll Do • Evaluate and treat patients in their homes • Develop individualized treatment plans and therapy goals • Help patients improve mobility, strength, balance, safety, and independence • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, case managers, and interdisciplinary teams • Complete documentation and maintain compliance standards • Manage your caseload independently while receiving ongoing team support Schedule Expectations • Flexible scheduling options available • Combination of field visits and remote administrative/documentation time • Full-Time clinicians typically complete approximately 35 field hours weekly with additional remote administrative responsibilities Qualifications Required: • Active California Physical Therapist (PT) license • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license • Strong communication and organizational skills Preferred: • Home health experience preferred but not required • Experience in outpatient, SNF, acute care, or rehabilitation settings welcome • Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply About Tender Home Health At Tender Home Health, we believe excellent patient care starts with supporting our clinicians.
