Job Requirements:

Minimum age: 23 years old.

Experience: At least 24 months of verifiable tractor-trailer (semi-combination) driving experience in the last 48 months

•

Driving record: No more than 3 moving violations within the past 3 years while operating a personal or commercial vehicle. No serious traffic violations while operating a commercial motor vehicle in the last 3 years.

•

Work history: Consistent driving employment with no extended gaps in the past 3 years.

•

Skills: Strong attention to detail to maintain accurate records and ensure full safety compliance.

•

Language: Must be able to speak and understand English.

Job Description:

Semi-Local CDL Class A Driver –

Home Weekends Guaranteed + 1–2 Days During the Week (Potential for Additional Home Time Based on Location), Strong Pay

Terminal Addresses:

Compensation & Benefits:

•

Gross Pay: $1,200 – $1,700 per week

•

Pay Rate: $0.60 – $0.69 per mile

•

Employment Type:

W2 (Full Benefits Included)

Additional Pay & Bonuses:

•Paid Orientation: $240 (1 day)

•DOT Clean Inspection Bonus: Up to $150 per inspection

Freight & Schedule:

Dry van freight only

100% No-touch freight

Dedicated lanes with repeat customers

No waiting time between loads

Monday – Friday schedule

Additional home time available during the week

2,000 – 2,700 miles per week (consistent) Home Time

Responsibilities:

•Conduct thorough

pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.

•

Follow all safety protocols during loading and unloading operations.

•Keep the vehicle

clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.

•Present a

professional, neat, and clean personal appearance .

•Accurately

record deliveries, mileage, fuel usage, and other required documentation .

•

Communicate clearly and promptly with dispatchers, clients, and team members about delivery status and any issues encountered.

•

Comply with company policies, safety standards, and all traffic laws .
