About This Role Adventist HealthCare White Oak Medical Center is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for their Rehabilitation Department. Highlights Pay: $37.00 - $55.00 Location: Silver Spring, MD Facility: Adventist HealthCare White Oak Medical Center Schedule: Full-time, Night shift (6:45 pm - 7:15 am, three shifts per week) What You’ll Do Educate patients and families through the continuum of care. Serve as role models to Level I nurses. Demonstrate professionalism and adhere to ANA standards of practice. Use equipment and technology correctly and delegate non‑nursing duties appropriately. Develop a plan of care according to the patient population. Identify impending changes in patient condition and initiate corrective action. Mentor students, colleagues, and team members in patient‑centered care. Conduct purposeful rounding from patient and family perspective. Conduct efficient literature searches and apply findings to practice. Identify opportunities for improvement in clinical care.
