IT Operations ManagerThe team at PMC is on the search for a IT Operations Manager for one of our clients. Then this might be your next opportunity!Position OverviewThe Technology Operations Manager directs our enterprise IT infrastructure, cybersecurity posture, and user support services. This position leads internal technical staff, oversees third-party service providers, and aligns technical systems with business objectives.Core ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership: Direct digital infrastructure initiatives, track operational metrics, and communicate technical updates to executive management.Systems Administration: Maintain operational continuity across cloud platforms, specializing in Microsoft 365 environments (Entra ID, SharePoint, Teams, and Exchange).Cybersecurity & Compliance: Implement and enforce access management protocols, endpoint protection, multi-factor authentication, and regulatory compliance standards.Team & Vendor Oversight: Direct helpdesk personnel, supervise technology vendors (ISP, telecom, software), and negotiate service contracts.Process Management: Standardize employee lifecycle provisioning, maintain system documentation, and manage capital and operational IT budgets.Support & Maintenance: Act as the final escalation point for technical issues and ensure peak system availability.Requirements5+ years of systems administration or IT operations experience, including 2+ years supervising teams or managing complex technical projects.Proven expertise managing Microsoft enterprise cloud ecosystems and access control systems.Strong background in network administration, hardware management, and cybersecurity frameworks.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.Preferred ExperienceBackground in HIPAA-compliant or strictly regulated industries.Experience implementing automated device management and endpoint security software.Demonstrated track record of scaling technology infrastructure within growing organizations.Physical & Operational ExpectationsAbility to inspect hardware, lift technical equipment up to 25 lbs regularly (and up to 100 lbs occasionally with assistance), and navigate facility sites.Availability for periodic after-hours, weekend, or holiday maintenance windows and occasional regional travel.Benefitsmedical, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, Paid Holiday, 401k (5%) Match, 80 Hours Of PTO.Who We AreFor over 30 years, PMC Medical Staffing has been more than just a staffing agency—we've been a career partner for thousands of healthcare professionals nationwide.
