Immediate Hiring: Bar Back – Topgolf Topgolf is looking for fun‑loving, dedicated individuals for a variety of hourly positions. In this role you will support bartenders, keep the bar stocked, maintain cleanliness, and deliver an outstanding player experience. Responsibilities Support bartenders by ensuring they have everything needed to keep energy high and drinks flowing. Maintain the bar area stocked with liquor, mixers, garnishes, and ice. Keep the bar clean and organized: clean glassware, equipment, utensils, and collect empty glasses and bottles. Work alongside bartenders and other playmakers to ensure smooth service. Qualifications Positive attitude and a willingness to be part of a "One Team" mentality. Player focus: ability to help make the player experience the best possible. Ability to thrive in a busy, popular environment; keep calm when things get busy. Previous hospitality or entertainment experience is a plus, not required. Must be at least the legal serving age in the jurisdiction of employment and hold any required responsible beverage service certifications. Physical Requirements Lift and move items up to 50 lb. Remain on your feet most of the shift. Perform a variety of physical tasks continuously. Endurance to keep up the pace in a high‑volume environment.
