Your responsibilities include: Welcome patients and visitors with professionalism and compassion Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients with scheduling and general questions Schedule appointments and coordinate provider calendars Verify insurance information and collect co-pays Check patients in and out efficiently while maintaining accurate records Communicate appointment reminders and pre-procedure instructions Maintain an organized, professional front office environment Protect patient privacy by following HIPAA guidelines Work closely with providers and clinical staff to keep the day running smoothly What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service.
