Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
Active Maryland Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.
Experience managing caseloads that include post-acute rehabilitation, chronic disease management, and mobility training preferred.
Proficiency with common SNF documentation systems and electronic medical records preferred.

Schedule: 5x8, guaranteed 35 hours per week per client contract
