This field-focused position covers diagnostics,commissioning, programming, and coordination with subcontractors and internal teams.The ideal candidate is technically capable, detail-oriented, and ready to support projectsfrom initial startup through final turnover. Hourly Pay: $30.00–$65.00/hr (DOE) Status: Full-Time | Field-Based | Project-Driven Travel Ideal Candidate: 2+ years of experience working with Building Automation or HVAC controls Exposure to platforms such as Siemens, Honeywell, Trane, JCI, Andover, Schneider, or equivalent systems Journeyman Electrical or mechanical trade certifications – preferred Strong troubleshooting, commissioning, and controls logic skills Proactive, organized, and comfortable working both independently and with project teams Must pass background check and drug screening Key Responsibilities: Diagnose, adjust, and repair Building Automation Systems (BAS) and related controls Perform commissioning activities, system testing, and point-to-point verification Assist with installation support, equipment startup, and programming-related tasks Modify and update BAS programs to align with design intent and operational requirements Conduct both on-site and remote system testing to validate performance Ensure systems comply with client standards, cybersecurity updates, and best practices Work directly with owners, GCs, and internal teams to resolve technical issues Serve as a lead technician or foreman for self-performed controls work when required Hourly Rate: $30.00–$65.00/hr (DOE) Benefits: Full Union Benefits Package (Local 250 – Membership Optional) Other Perks: Fully Covered Travel Expenses, Company Tools, Company Vehicle Join a respected and established mechanical contractor supporting mission-critical environments across healthcare, education, government, and industrial sectors.If you’re looking to advance your BAS controls career while working on impactful automation projects. #J-18808-Ljbffr
