Speech & Language Pathologist

Overview The Richardson School is currently seeking a Speech‑Language Pathologist to join our team. This position will be based at our Brookfield campus but may float to the Cudahy campus as needed. Responsibilities Evaluation and treatment of students with disorders in speech, language, and cognition. Development of goals, objectives, treatment plans and materials for the treatment of speech/language and cognitive impairments, including activities and low‑technology AAC. Data recording, billing and daily, quarterly, and annual written communication of students’ progress and current levels. Staff training on the use of speech/language strategies and AAC systems to implement in the classrooms. Attendance at meetings including IEPs, weekly staff meetings, training and education sessions. AAC programming, report‑writing, and implementation. Communication with outside school district staff, families, and vendors. Schedule & Salary Schedule: 8:00am – 4:00pm, regular school year with potential for ESY minutes. Salary: starting at $75,000; final salary offer based on level of experience. PTO: 5 personal days + 5 sick days each school year plus year‑round salary. Benefits Tuition Reimbursement program. WI State licensure with DPI upon hire or within one month of starting, and maintenance of licensure. 1 year of experience preferred. Experience in AAC instruction and evaluation preferred.
