Manager in Training – Retail (Electronics & Appliances)
Ready to grow your career in retail management? We’re looking for motivated leaders to join our Manager in Training program and fast-track into a Store Manager role .
What You’ll Do:
Learn all aspects of store management (sales, operations, team leadership)
Coach and motivate sales teams to hit goals
Deliver an outstanding customer experience
Oversee daily store operations and merchandising
Step into a Store Manager role within 3–6 months
What We Offer:
$65,000–$100,000+/year after training (based on performance & experience)
Full benefits package (health, PTO, employee discounts)
Hands-on training & career growth opportunities
Relocation support (within 3–6 months)
What We’re Looking For:
At least 1 year of customer service experience (retail/sales management a plus)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Goal-driven, adaptable, and eager to grow
High school diploma or equivalent
Relocation May be required:
We are looking for individuals who are natural leaders, who would be willing to relocate to the store we feel would match their leadership style best.
This includes our markets in the Chattanooga and Northern Alabama Market.
Training based in Murfreesboro, TN with relocation to a store location after program completion.
