Location: Pittsfield, Maine

Pay: $22.00–$23.00 per hour

Job Type : Full-Time

Schedule:

• Summer Peak Season: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM

• Off-Peak Season: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM

Adecco is recruiting a Warehouse Team Lead for a well-established manufacturing facility in Pittsfield, Maine . This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing daily shipping operations, coordinating outbound deliveries, managing inventory, and supporting a safe, productive warehouse environment.

If you're an experienced forklift operator with strong organizational skills and leadership experience, this is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team .

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day shipping and receiving operations.

• Oversee the safe and accurate loading of outbound trucks and trailers.

• Verify shipments to ensure orders are complete and delivered on schedule.

• Coordinate with the Logistics Manager to meet shipping deadlines.

• Process shipping documents and job tickets using an ERP system.

Qualifications

• Forklift certification

• Experience operating front-end loader forklifts is preferred.

• Must be able to obtain or possess a DOT Medical Card (Non-CDL).

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds.

• Basic math skills and the ability to accurately use a measuring tape.

• Willingness to work overtime and flexible hours during seasonal production demands.

Pay Details: $22.00 to $23.00 per hour
