Job Title: Production/Warehouse Associate


Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 6:30am - 3:30pm


Pay: $19 per hour

Our client in Novato is seeking a reliable and hardworking Production/Warehouse Associate to support daily bakery operations. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role working in a commercial kitchen environment, where you'll help produce high-quality cheesecakes and baked goods. The position involves working around standard production equipment, racks, and tools in a warm setting near ovens.


Responsibilities:

• Remove baked cheesecakes from pans and place them onto cooling racks (de-panning)
• Retrieve products from ovens and assist with oven operations
• Prepare pans, including greasing and organizing for production cycles
• Load and unload racks and trays throughout the production process
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards
• Assist team members with general production and warehouse tasks as needed

Qualifications or Requirements:

• Ability to stand and move for extended periods throughout the shift
• Ability to lift and carry trays, racks, or pans as needed
• Ability to safely reach, retrieve, and place items on racks and equipment at varying heights
• Comfortable working in a warm, fast-paced production environment
• Strong reliability, punctuality, and work ethic
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in bakery, food production, manufacturing, or warehouse environments is a plus-but not required
