Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

In this role, you will assess, diagnose, and provide direct therapy to students with speech and language needs, working to support academic success and social development. Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Valid state SLP license (or eligibility for obtaining licensure)
  • Experience in a school setting is highly valued
  • Familiarity with IEP development and documentation
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to manage a diverse caseload and collaborate with staff and parents

Responsibilities:

  • Complete speech-language assessments and craft individualized education plans
  • Deliver direct and consultative therapy services to students, both one-on-one and in small groups
  • Maintain thorough records and parent/teacher communications
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute insights as part of the team
  • Design engaging materials and activities that motivate students
  • Stay current on best practices and compliance requirements for school-based SLP services
