Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid state SLP license (or eligibility for obtaining licensure)
- Experience in a school setting is highly valued
- Familiarity with IEP development and documentation
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload and collaborate with staff and parents
Responsibilities:
- Complete speech-language assessments and craft individualized education plans
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy services to students, both one-on-one and in small groups
- Maintain thorough records and parent/teacher communications
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute insights as part of the team
- Design engaging materials and activities that motivate students
- Stay current on best practices and compliance requirements for school-based SLP services
