New Body Strategy Therapy, LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) for a full-time position with a focus on delivering exceptional home care services. Work Environment

This position is primarily onsite, in a home care setting where you will work closely with patients in their own environments. This approach allows for a more customized treatment experience and fosters a supportive atmosphere. Key Responsibilities

• Consult with and collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including physicians, occupational therapists, and nursing staff, to design and implement an optimal care plan for each patient.
• Document patient care history accurately and in a timely manner, maintaining comprehensive records that are compliant with company policies and state/federal regulations.
• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans aimed at relieving pain, restoring or improving function, and promoting overall healing for patients with various disabilities.
• Ensure all physical therapy interventions are delivered according to established plans of care, adapting strategies as needed based on patient progress and feedback.
• Provide clinical education and support to patients, families, and caregivers, ensuring they understand treatment goals, techniques, and at-home exercises.
• Monitor patient response to therapy interventions, adjusting plans as necessary to achieve the best possible outcomes.
• Complete required documentation and forms efficiently, ensuring compliance with all industry standards and policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role primarily serves individuals requiring physical rehabilitation due to temporary or long-term disabilities, injuries, or post-surgical recovery. You will work with a diverse population, including elderly patients, those recovering from orthopedic surgeries, and individuals managing chronic conditions. Your ability to tailor care to meet each patient's specific goals will be critical for their recovery journey.

Qualifications

• Active licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida is required.
• A Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Demonstrated excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and team members.
• A strong ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills that enable you to assess patient needs and adapt treatment plans accordingly.
• A genuine passion for enhancing patient outcomes and improving overall quality of life.

Preferred Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in a home care, outpatient, or clinical setting is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems is an asset.
• Further certifications in specialties such as geriatrics, orthopedics, or neuro rehabilitation can enhance your candidacy.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition to salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement savings plans, and paid time off.
